ABOUT ME

We all need the Strength to Pursue our Dreams….

~I wake up every day with the realization that this is it, that there’s only one shot at this life and I can either enjoy the ride and live it to its fullest and to my highest potential or I can stay the way I am. ~

I would like to start by introducing myself. I’m George, 45 years old, living in Australia. My story begun when in some point of my life where I felt many upside down moments and I tend not to realized that I do things, like neglecting myself and that are accumulated to all bad things specially for my health and mind… Obesity is the result and is associated with increased risk of illness, disability, and death. So, I woke up and decided to do this courage and determination to drive my bad habits and be responsible person and do good for myself…

At this moment, I weigh myself at 166.8 kilograms and I was so depressed and got very angry and questioned why I did this to myself, it’s like I found light at the end of a tunnel and begin to wonder do I have to continue walking towards that light or challenge myself and go back, sort out my life and begin a new beginning? So I decided to set my GOAL and fight OBESITY! and today is the start of giving myself the best SHOTS to challenge this! 

I have made a decision to create this blog, so you can see first hand of doing what I’m about to share with you all who would like to follow this journey.. I’ll call it ~My Journey from Obese to Abs!~
